Office History
40+ years of practice
Founded in Kaohsiung in 1983 by Tzu-Sen Lin, the practice has developed over four decades through work across residential, commercial, cultural, religious, educational, and mixed-use projects. In 2006, Po-Yu Lin joined the firm, expanding its leadership and helping shape its design direction. In 2024, with the addition of Po-Han Lin, the practice entered a new phase as SEN+.
Moving forward, SEN+ builds on this foundation with a clearer contemporary identity: grounded in experience, open to new tools, and focused on architecture that remains close to people, place, and daily life.
