Tzu-Sen Lin founded the practice in 1983 and has led it for over four decades, with a sustained focus on human scale and the essential qualities of architecture. His work is steady and restrained in character, with careful attention to the relationship between building, site, and surrounding context. Grounded in structural safety, practicality, and functional clarity, his approach also places importance on user comfort across the life of a building. Over the course of his career, he has overseen more than a thousand built works, contributing in a lasting way to Kaohsiung’s urban fabric, while also remaining deeply engaged in religious architecture and public-interest projects.

Po-Yu Lin joined the practice in 2006. Over the past two decades, he has helped shape the firm’s architectural identity through defining works that contribute to Kaohsiung’s urban landscape and skyline. His work focuses on the relationship between site conditions, patterns of use, and architectural form, developing into an approach marked by clarity, restraint, and precision. Through his graduate and doctoral studies at the University of Tokyo, and his background in Japanese architectural and urban research, he brings to SEN+ a sensitivity to spatial composition, proportion, detail, and construction logic. Grounded in real conditions, his work balances practicality and refinement, interpreting architectural quality through everyday use, material expression, and the urban context of Taiwan.

Dingpiao Tang joined SEN+ in 2025, bringing extensive experience across commercial office buildings, transportation hubs, cultural and civic projects, and large-scale mixed-use developments. Previously he practiced at Foster + Partners and the Beijing Institute of Architectural Design, contributing to supertall office towers, airport terminals, museums, and mixed-use complexes in China and abroad. His work has spanned the full process from concept design and design development through construction documentation, with particular strength in facade and building envelope systems, plan and structural organization, and parametric design, supported by a solid command of technical integration and multidisciplinary coordination on large, complex projects.
