Situated on the prime avenue of Minquan Boulevard in Kaohsiung, the "Hygge XinMinquan" project, designed by our firm, has now been officially completed.

This endeavor seeks to create a tranquil space that coexists with nature amidst the vibrant urban fabric. The design concept leverages the site's unique greenbelt advantage, utilizing minimalist architectural language to allow light and tree canopies to flow across the facade, embodying the pure essence of contemporary living spaces.

Regarding structural safety, this project employs a combination of China Steel Corporation (SC) structures and the Sumitomo seismic isolation system, seamlessly integrating structural aesthetics with residential safety. Through the completion of "Hygge XinMinquan," we aspire to add an elegant and steadfast presence to Kaohsiung's city skyline, while redefining the lifestyle dimensions along the boulevard.
