T.S. Lin Architects & Associates was founded in 1983 by Tzu-Sen Lin in Kaohsiung. Over the past four decades, the practice has built a substantial body of work across residential, commercial, cultural, religious, and educational architecture. To date, the office has completed more than 2,000 projects.

In 2006, Po-Yu Lin joined the practice, and the firm became T.S. Lin & P.Y. Lin Architects & Associates. In 2024, with the addition of Po-Han Lin, the office entered a new chapter and was renamed SEN+.

The name SEN+ reflects both continuity and renewal. SEN is derived from the character 森 in founder Tzu-Sen Lin’s name. Meaning “forest,” it points to the roots of the practice while also suggesting the collective growth of the team. The + speaks to the added strength of long experience and to an openness to what lies ahead — new collaborations, new perspectives, and an evolving understanding of what architecture can do.

Today, SEN+ builds on more than forty years of experience, continuing its commitment to architecture shaped by people, place, and daily life.
