Located in the northern part of Kaohsiung City, this emerging development area is exceptionally convenient. Unlike other hotels, this hotel features its lobby on the top floor, integrating it with the breakfast lounge and an evening club space. The first and second floors provide distinct dining spaces. In front of the restaurant is an open area created by the building's setback.
The overall design introduces the concept of Kaohsiung as a maritime city, with water serving as the main design axis, making it a crucial element in both the interior space and exterior appearance. Additionally, the integration of evening lighting and advertising billboards seeks to establish an iconic architectural image for the area.
