Located in the Sanmin District of Kaohsiung City, 'Jia Six Park · Pure White' centers its design on 'purity, simplicity, and durability.' Utilizing clearly defined forms and a low-color facade vocabulary, it creates a calm and modern urban residential image. The architecture consists of twin towers with 15 stories above ground and 3 underground, featuring a configuration of six units per floor with two elevators, ensuring privacy and efficiency in use.

The structure employs the Alfa Safe seismic system technique, complemented by high anti-permeability concrete and a multi-layered exterior wall to enhance safety and weather resistance. The facade interweaves stone and metal frames, resonating with the surrounding urban textures. The interior layout offers three to four-bedroom units (44–58 ping), incorporating large windows and airtight soundproof design, integrating natural light and city views into daily life.

The communal spaces include a gym, meeting room, and landscaped garden, combined with an around-the-clock security access system and comprehensive waste management, providing residents with a lifestyle that balances quality and convenience. This project achieves a harmony between aesthetics, functionality, and structural safety, creating a rare landmark of premium residential accommodation in the Kaohsiung metropolitan area.
