Situated in the prime location of Minquan 1st Road in Lingya District, Kaohsiung City, this project draws inspiration from the Scandinavian 'Hygge' concept. It combines the structural integrity of China Steel SRC steel construction with the Sumitomo damping system from Japan to create a high-rise residential building that prioritizes both safety and comfort. The exterior features clean vertical lines that resonate with the urban skyline, while the interior design incorporates large windows and low-reflection double glazing to bring in natural light and greenery, effectively insulating and conserving energy. The public spaces extend the scale of the street block, integrating a welcoming lobby, sky garden, and leisure facilities to foster a communal atmosphere, embodying a warm and serene lifestyle vision within the modern metropolis.
